About me
I really enjoy cooking, but not so much for just myself. There is nothing like having friends over and preparing a delicious, rich meal for them, where they can just relax and enjoy it. I love to try new things, but I do have my limits. I'm usually pretty brave, but chitterlings is one of the things that come to mind that I really dont' want to try. It's a great joy to explore food from other cultures, because in the proceess, you sometimes get to learn about the culture itself and even connect with people who are part of that culture.
