About me
First of all, I love to cook. Cooking lets me relax. I love to see the smiles on peoples faces when they are enjoying food I have prepare or created. I’m on my second career after retiring once, good to school part time, have a lovely wife, sixteen year old, and a little 16-pound terrier named Max that thinks he runs the house. I would one day like to open a little something to dish up great treats to the public. I haven’t because I don’t want to cook for my livelihood. I get so much enjoyment out of cooking that I think if I had to do it to pay the bills it wouldn’t be fun anymore. I look forward to this journey of culinary wonder with you all.
