    I made this last night. It says 2 1/2 tsp. instant coffee in the cookie part of the recipe, but no where in the instructions does it tell you when to add this ingredient. I left it out as I wasn't sure it was supposed to be added. Do you add it when you add the Jello?

    I have been contracted to make the desserts for the TSO show here in December. I plan on making the Creme Brulee cookies, and wanted to do a couple variations on that theme. Maybe a Key Lime, or a chocolate cookie with a white chocolate or cherry or orange custard. Now I have about 20 ideas!!! What do you think might be the best combo? HELP - stop the madness!!

    Made up a batch of the Salami Banderole yesterday and couldn't find the marinated mushrooms I thought I had so used chunks of marinated artichoke hearts instead. Serendipity to the max. Bloody decisions, always decisions. RJ

    Thanks for checkin out the salami and cheese. Although I have changed the names to protect the guilty, the intro is almost true. Okay, a little poetic license here and there. What can I say? I have wired friends. The Malbec should do nicely if it close to the Chilean wine of that type. Enjoy. RJ

    Are we havin fun yet? Haven't seen you, or a lot of the other thinkin foodies, around much sense the "New and Improved" GR came along. More proof the the old saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" and the KISS principle both still work. Tis sad. Leave a comment, if you're of a mind. RJ
