About me
I started cooking when I opened a small business. A convience store with a deli.I prepared sandwiches, meat and cheese trays,veggie trays, pizza,hoagies and more.I never stopped thinking of ways to make food taste better.We also did fundraisers and benefits,parties, luncheons and more.This spilled into the home life.I began cooking more often.With 3 young daughters at home, it was fun gathering new recipes to make for them.I love cooking for others too.I'm now involved with our church cooking for 50+ people several times throught the year(Pastor wants me to cook every month but my schedule won't let me).It is hard to eat out and please my palet.I guess I'd rather cook it myself !!!!! LOL
