I am an almost-vegan girl living in a meateater's world. I like to experiment and be artistic, but I don't like it when things turn out inedible. Here the tofu is for texture and soy goodness, soft tofu hasn't got much of a flavour. I have used banana as a substitute quite successfully. You could try something else soft
