Thanks for the hint on letting the dough rest. You have given me hope to attempt a "deep dish" yet again. The other thing that I did wrong was the bulk sausage layer fused as one giant patty when cooked and all the cheese on the bottom separated into layers....it was pretty bad. That is why we have pizza parlors...to make what we mere mortals can not do. LOL Thanks for answering my question. Have a great day, dear. Added bitsy's kitchen as a favorite on my computer, too.

I’m just passing on some information that I read somewhere.
GR does not properly read the “&” symbol when it is used in a recipe title. I don’t know if it will in other places.
I’m told the word And should be used and the “A” must be capitalized. I have not tested this myself.
So with your Cheese & Onion..., you may want to try this or perhaps just a N.
Perhaps you can help me. I have added one restaurant to My Places but have not found a way to add more. How did you do it?
