I love to take something simple and make it unbelievalbe. I experiment with food and spice combinations and use my family as guinea pigs. Most of the time it is edible, sometimes I get those "We love it dad! When he looks away I'
m going to spit," looks; other times they taste it and dig right in for a second bite, not even bothering to comment. I like those times more than even those just edible times.
Almost went to Pittsburg to become a chef, but I got married and had kids instead. Good thing though, I don't have to pay someone to taste my trials, and I don't get fired for too many culinary disasters.
