Married working mom to two young boys, one with nut allergies. "Thankfully", he's picky so won't eat most of the things I prepare anyway... I try to use natural products in my cooking and household as much as possible. Don't have a lot of time to get dinner ready, so all over quick, easy and healthy recipes! I also have a rather intimate relationship with my crock pot...don't tell my husband.
