About me
I live in Southern Indiana but learned how to cook watching my oldest sister in the South. Everything was done not only with flavor for her big family but also with heart. I have always had a love of cooking and coming up with new recipes or just playing up on a old favorite. I ran a restaurant for a while and loved the customers knowing that everything was as fresh as possible and all homemade. I also love to garden so a lot a of my dishes will be fresh right out of there. Where some people love to read romance novels, I love to read recipe books, especially old church ones and can spend hours online looking up recipes. I have a rare heart disease so I will probably never live long enough to make them all but a woman can dream. : )
