When my husband gets home and sees a pile of cookbooks in front of me, he always says. "So I guess it will be awhile until dinner is ready?" I always have to combine and change recipies to achieve the feel or taste or look I'm wanting. Three (different origins) is my average! Yes, that means dinner is often late, since I work until 6 or later. Oh well.
