Hi Im an american who just moved to beautiful Kelowna Canada to be with my boyfriend. Im a 54 yr old grandma with a 5 yr old grandson living in Deleware with his single mom and a I have another single daughter in college in virginia studying the medical field. I am a basic cook. I just recently completed the personal trainer course and am always looking for better ways to eat and take care of myself and my boyfriend. My boyfrined worked with a gourmet chef for a year so he is always making us something very healthy and yummy. This seems like it could be an interesting site to share cooking ideas.
