About me
12 years in food service, didn't start cooking for myself until I got out. I'm the Permit Specialist for the City, a volunteer firefighter, hound lover, avid video gamer and community theatre techie. I cook for myself and my friends, including groups of up to 50 (cast parties are crazy)! My best dishes are Grilled Flank Steak, BBQ Chicken Chili, Blakc Bean Soup, Shrimp & Andouille Jambalaya, Jerk Pork with Red Beans & Rice.
