About me
Hi there,my name is Brian and i live with my partner Isabel in Southerness SW Scotland.I first got into cooking back in 1991,when i bought my first house,it was either learn to cook or buy take-a-way,so i bought a load of cookery books and got stuck in.I tried my cooking on my friends and family and they even came back for more!At the time i was a motor mechanic and looking for a way out.Now we have a catering business and getting paid for something i love doing.My food tastes are i'll try anything once,i love spicy food,stews,fish,game.Drink- wine red or white and somtimes a good malt whisky
