About me
I look cooking and mostly love experimenting in the kitchen. I don't think I've ever met a food I didn't like (although I'm not overly fond of anchovies - but thats about it) and i love, love, love lots of flavor. Most the time I find myself just putting ingredients together to see what combinations I can make...anything from new cakes and cookies to marinades, dips, souffles, or my personal favorite - discovering the ultimate macaroni and cheese recipe. I wish I could spend time just discovering new flavors and combinations in mini proportions so I could really get creative!
