About me
In December I was shocked to discover my cholesterol was high as well as my blood pressure and weight. I've completely changed the way I cook and eat. Everything now is low fat, with consideration to calories and sodium. I'm not totally vegan but have really cut down on meat. I'm exploring dishes made with grains and even tofu!
