About me
I am 33, married with four beautiful boys. I write and have started a business with my Husband., which is a Unique Ecological Garden Building business. I love food, (although I have a somewhat love/hate relationship!). I am passionate about sourcing local, organic, good quality ingredients. I feel it is incredibly important to feed my family with a healthy and interesting diet, (with the addition of homebaked treats, of course!). I plan to learn how to make sushi after having only ever eaten this out at a restaurant.
