About me
I am a (2 years now!) Las Vegan transplant from the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. Completely loving life! I like to go all-out in everything I do, whether it's learning a new language (up to five!), exploring the great outdoors (southwestern or southeastern ;)), or creating something fun in the kitchen. I'm a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, GO HEELS. I'm engaged to a great fellow (and true Vegas native, go figure!) and we live happily together with our terhuahua (terrier chihuahua mix lol) Rudy, who is also my official taste tester and token snuggle buddy. Michael's as carnivorous as any T-Rex must have been, and I prefer veggies, fruits, grains, and seafoods. Satisfying both our different diets and tastes has been a challenge I've gladly accepted with many totally yummy rewards along the way (and I don't think he's complaining either!).
