About me
I love to bake, enjoy good food ,but see no reason to make a career-like move to prepare it -- there are enough good recipes that allow me to also enjoy life and guests without living in the kitchen. However, I have taken a number of cooking classes. We really enjoy living in California and the wines, outdoors, and easy lifestyle here. It is great fun to share these pleasures with family and friends for us.

Hi!
The stress isn't off me yet. Sent documents which had been notarized on Friday but they still haven't received them so the closing hasn't taken place yet. Will have some drinks when this is all behind me.

Hi Borinda. Thanks much for the reply & forks (they should have spoons ;-)) on the asian noodle soup. Enjoy & have a great evening.

Thanks for the comment on the Lemon Chicken. Yes, it is a family favorite of ours.
Have a great evening.

I know how you feel about that view of yours too. On the road below us to get home or go into town the view of the water and beach is spectacular! Sometimes i can't believe I live here! Looks like a resort town or something. Very lucky! have a great weekend!

Thanks Borinda for the comment and 5 on my Amaretto and Creme de Cacoa dessertini! It is good and dangerous too. Proceed with caution! LOL

LOL Borinda! Thank you. And yes that is Mt. Baker which is directly out in front of our deck and we face it with the front of our living/front rooms and kitchen window. I do love my view. Another gorgeous day here too. Hope you are having a nice weekend!

Great minds think alike re picking up the pizza dough from a local pizzaria (for the stromboli ring etc.) ;-)
