WOW Props to whom ever developed this site! awesome work! *cheer , pats on back* Food.. wow ummm yeah If there are any passions in my life they're Cycling, Food, gardening and i'm sure there are a few others. My profession is in Plumbing heating and gas. My hobbies include but are not limited to, Cycling, working out, Cooking, gardening, Hiking, indoor/out door rock climbing, Exploring markets and new food. =============Notes================================= WOW just realized what this site needs! doing this recipie swap thing is a great idea but the site really needs a user blogg as well. it's Obvious to me that some of these people on here are amazing cooks!! if i could read their blogg about the latest idea or Culinary Techniques id absolutely love learning new stuff. heck i could probably blogg about some of my good ideas too! anyways i tried to email the site owners but it says their working on the new version and not taking emails at this time. so Crossing fingers a Blogg as apart of my profile would be superb!!

I have an Imperia pasta maker/machine. They use to have a website with the same recipes that came with the machine, but not having any luck right now locating same on line. Maybe you can find it.

A book I luv is called "Pasta" by Time-Life books. It's quite old, but has many recipes & beautiful color pics. You might find a great deal on ebay.
