About me
I LOOOOVe food. That is an understatement. I recently discovered that my true food love would be food in it's truest form. Unaltered and not processed. Yum. I was amazed on how much more energy I have and not to mention the added bonus of weight loss! Booyah! I am silly, tend to procrastinate and during a work week find it difficult to get the motivation to create a jaw dropping meal. So, my food inspiration comes to me in the rare instance that I have a free minute. However, when it does happen, my husband falls in love with me all over again. What girl wouldnt want that!? I eat less meat these days, and I NEVER touch processed meat. That is like smoking a cigarette in my opinion. Colon cancer does not appeal to me thank you very much! I am slowly phasing out MOST meat, I currently only eat chicken and beef, and the red meat I only eat 1-2 times a month. I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER give up seafood. If I was stranded on a deserted island (given my hubby, BFF Andrea and little cherubs with me) and had nothing to eat but shellfish and fish I would be one happy camper. Although I'd miss creme brulee a bit.......
