About me
I am a stay at home dad who loves to make great tasting healthy dinners for my family. I also spend a lot of time baking breads, brewing beer, and making wine and meads. My organic gardens are starting to come together with a hoop house on the big (6 x 30 foot) plot, and a few raised beds for leafy veggies and hops for brewing with.

I tend not to measure any of my ingredients. Ever. The 4-4-4-4 ratio is just a ballpark guess from my experience. Try what you think looks right, and I'm sure it will be good.
