Thank you for you comments on my recipes. When I lived in Philadelphia, I loved to eat at Joe's Peking Duck House. Great food. And I do miss a good cheese steak and hoagie!

For the sausage and beans recipe you can use Polish sausage. The flavor will be different, but I am sure it will be delicious.

Haha! You're right, and I have changed the name of my recipe to "Philly-style cheese steak"! But I have to disagree with you -- the cheesesteaks may only be for tourists, but I LOVE them. My dad was from Philly, do I count as a tourist?

Sounds good but you need to google Samoa. The shipping would take forever and cost a fortune. In a few months, when you're up to your arse in snow, that's a good reason to move. :-) RJ

Well, you can't say it isn't different. I'll never get goose livers here but maybe duck. Thanks for the post. RJ

Hey Brian, You may want to edit the recipe and include this information. That way future lookers will have the answer to these questions. (For example just say "save the scooped out potato for another recipe" and "cut the top off of each potato".) You see, comments written down below will eventually disappear as new comments are made.
Thank you for your quick response.

Oh no Brian, REALLY? Is his last name or first name Holly? Well, I am less than half his size but this really does amuse me. Wish someone would pay ME to eat well and write about it! ;)
