    Very delicious! I've saved this recipe and I'll use it again the next time I have some sole fillets. I substituted Marsala for a Riesling and added in some lemon zest and the juice from half a lemon before reduction of the sauce. This is a dish I'd be happy to serve to company!

    Don't know if my msg. came through. I already took out my pumpkin cheesecake out of the oven about an hr. ago. with cracks. Do you know if I can put on the topping as a cover-up, the next day, once cooled? I'd hate to over bake it again, once cooled... PLEASE ANYONE ADVISE... Thank you.
