About me
I'm much more of a baker than I am a cook. I love baking breads both quick and yeast, scones, muffins, cupcakes, pies, cakes, etc. As you can see, I have quite a sweet tooth! Collecting cookbooks is one of my obsessions. I'm a cajun so I adore spicy food. I am owned by a miniature long-haired dachshund named Murphy who I rescued from a local animal shelter and I am absolutely mad about him.
