An asian postgrad student currently living in Italy. Missing asian food and at the same time loving italian food. Likes to experiment with ingredients. Does not follow recipes while cooking so my recipes are just guidelines. Use your intuition.

hmm...i would never think to use ribs for a soup...
what happens to the bones?...
do you have to pick them out after the soup is done?...

or are there som
