About me
I am a proffesional chef working in summer in the Uk and in winter in the Southern Caribbean.I am not only apro chef but cooking is also my hobby. I like most types of food with the exception of some of the more modern dishes which,imho,tend towards too many flavours and tastes in them I love red wine especially a good Shiraz I am 65 and single and intend to stay that way!
