About me
I'm a thirty somethig mom of three who grew up in Iowa with a Home Ec teacher mom. I learned how to make biscuits and muffins from scratch before I was ten, but am a self taught cook. I realized a few years ago that I love to cook more than I like to bake. I'm a foodie who loves spice and fresh food. I'm all about authentic ethnic cuisine these days. I'd eat Thai spring rolls or lettuce wraps every day if I could. I love salsas of any kind. A good dark chocolate gooey dessert to end a meal never hurts. I'm getting more organic, raw, & vegetarian in my cooking these days to help my kids with their allergies.
