About me
I've taken to making a lot of the staples that I graze on through in a week. My current loves to make from scratch are whole wheat flax meal tortillas, yogurt and cinnamon peanut butter. I dabble in Raw Food. I'm always on the look out for excellent fine dining establishments that cater to vegetarians and vegans. That picture of me was taken at Susur (Toronto, ON). Will be heading out to Perigee (also Toronto) in a couple of weeks, and it's making me so excited that when I think of it, I flap my arms like a goon. Update: Perigee, good, not great. Arms did not flap while on premises.

this was delicious and faster to make than it might sound with 10 steps. I did it twice and mixed in 3 kinds of squash. Added a tiny bit of nutmeg with my cardamon. thanks!
