About me
Originally from Connellsville, Pa, we have been living in Erie PA for the last two decades. I have been collecting recipes since I was 11 years old. I love to try and share new recipes. I have over 100 cookbooks, and especially enjoy old recipe pamphlets. I am a caregiver for my husband after having worked for over 30 years. I have been married 36 years to my high school sweetheart and have one son.I sell baking parchment on my website as well as some kitchen gadgets. This gives me something to do and gets me through the long winters.

Hi I am looking for a heavy bottom sauce pan to use making toffee etc. A pan that will not burn the sugars yet the sugars will get to 285. Any suggestions, cost is not an issue, I want the best pan.
