Thanks for the nice comments on the Louisiana rice dressing. We serve it like you would a sausage stuffing or dressing. Along side a roasted bird, or a sauteed chicken. It works with fried chicken famously. But when the wallet is thin and the troops are hungry, we've served up the dressing as a supper with some sliced tomatoes and veggie sides. All depends on how far away pay day is. LOL
