About me
I cook MOSTLY healthy foods... By healthy I mean low sugar, low carb, etc. and I use alternative ingredients when possible to cut the fat out as much as possible. I enjoy delicious desserts on occassion. I won't post countless "healthy" recipes on this site because who is looking for that??? We all need to cheat here and there, but let's try to cheat on our diets with yummy choices we won't regret later. :)
