About me
I love to cook but my time has been limited. I enjoy cooking just about everything, although baking is not a favorite. I changed my eating life style about 3 years ago and eat a lot healthing than I every have, lots of salads and low fat/good carb type foods. Tofu has become my new experiment food. I failed in my first attempts but have incoporated it into my daily diet now. I love a food that simple yet so complex.
