About me
I am from Louisiana, but currently reside in Texas. I am married to a wonderful man and we have 2 great children (for the most part- ha ha). I love taking a recipe and tweeking it a bit to fit our taste. I usually don't measure my ingredients, I just eye it, something my grandmother taught me. I used to search for a hobby, something that I would really enjoy, thinking it had to be "crafty", until my husband said "Baby your cooking is your hobby! Because you buy cookbooks, and kitchen gadgets, and I love going into Williams & Sonoma." I guess he was right- I LOVE MY HOBBY>

I told you the wrong sausage... I had another recipe on my mind...I use the little round sausages that you cook...they are about 4 inches long and you have to cook them first.....but I think you could use either....

No certain amount of lemon juice. Just enough in a little bowl to dip the banana slices in to keep them from turning brown. I hope you & your son enjoy making and eating the salad.

Having lived in Florida for a time, I had the pleasure of meeting many folks from the southern part of the USA and getting to know a bit of their food. YUM... can't wait!
