    I told you the wrong sausage... I had another recipe on my mind...I use the little round sausages that you cook...they are about 4 inches long and you have to cook them first.....but I think you could use either....

    I used smoked sausage but you know I bet you could use either kind in this... Just have to cook the other first....

    No certain amount of lemon juice. Just enough in a little bowl to dip the banana slices in to keep them from turning brown. I hope you & your son enjoy making and eating the salad.

    Hiya! Yes, I have room for some good home cooked Cajun food... And that means I have to cook it so I do look forward to your recipes. Having lived in Florida for a time, I had the pleasure of meeting many folks from the southern part of the USA and getting to know a bit of their food. YUM... can't wait!
