About me
I enjoy cooking just about anything. I absolutely LOVE to experiment while cooking! My motto is "Recipe...what recipe? I just make it up as I go along!" To which my husband says, "and amazingly, it usually turns out GREAT!" I think you will find my recipes quick and easy. Most of them are very few ingredients. I try to use items and spices that everyone is familiar with. I enjoy simple easy meals! As noted before I rarely use recipes, or should I say, I rarely follow them point by point! Having said that, my recipes may not have exact measurements. That gives you the option to "taste and see" as you go! You may like more of one thing then I do! That's what makes this fun!! Try out some of my recipes or use them as a guide and give them your own personal touch. Just have fun and let me know what you think of my grub!!
