    Very good. I made mine with "shhhhh" bacon fat. It was very very good. Love the tart sweet tender cabbage.

    Thanks for the friend invite... sorry it took me so long to respond, I don't come on here too often anymore. Guess I should check in more often. I stopped in for ideas on recipes to prepare for Easter, Vegetarian ones. I am going to check out your Lemon Apricot Couscous now :)

    What a great balance and pretty unique sorta idea. Can't get tilapia here but I think Mimpagi (a very mild tasting reef fish) may be okay for this. Thanks for the post. RJ
