About me
Hi, I love to cook but I do not have a formal culinary education. I have been cooking and entertaining for 20+ years. My son is starting college this year so I will probably be cooking and baking more than ever to stay busy. I enjoy cooking all kinds of dishes and my family is usually ready to try anything once. I prepare about 2 to 3 new dishes every week and also have old tried and true dishes that I cook often. We spend a lot of time at Cape Lookout. When we are at the coast I prepare a lot of seafood.
