About me
I currently live and work in Dominica (British West Indies) in the Eastern Caribbean Islands. My passions are sailing, hiking, cooking, entertaining and spending time with friends and family. My love for cooking is a lifelong love that was certainly inspired by my mom. The joy of sharing a simple kitchen creation with a friend, or the self fulfillment from a fantastic meal made for myself are some of the many reasons I love to cook.
