I love my Italian food (taught to cook by my Nonna), my love likes his stir-fries because of his Indonesian background and I wholeheartedly detest using all kinds of packages and ready-mades.

He almost starved because he has a saliva gland that needs removal, and I cooked for him and fed him by hand until now he is big enough to withstand surgery. If I didn't help him the food fell out, but now he's adjusted and gets 2/3 down him!

Here, we have full-fat and 0% quark (Fromage Frais). Not sure how that's called in other places. You can also skip it and use just the sour cream. I know I do...
