About me
My name is Carmel. I have been married for 15 yrs and enjoy cooking for my family. I was born in Italy and have inherited a love for Italian food as well as, Greek, Indian, Thai etc........ Am currently trying to put a cookbook together, that I can leave to my kids as a keepsake. Anyone that wants to exchange tried and true recipes, would love to hear from one and all, especially with Christmas around the corner, festive appetizers and different dishes that schmeck! I am open to all kinds of food of different nationalities.. Hope to hear from all you great cooking enthusiastic cooks in cookland!
