About me
I'm an Office Manager with little time for cooking. My husband won't eat fruits or vegetables so coming up with a menu on a small budget becomes a challenge. I usually look up recipes for an item that I have on hand then I tailor it to what I figure my husband will eat. Some times I can even smuggle some vegetables into a recipe and he won't know. Oddly enough he will eat them if I put them in a stew. Go figure.
