About me
A super-Chef I am not, but I do love to cook and try new recipes. Foods that are of the unusual or off-the-wall type intrigue me like my grandmother's Watermelon Rind Pickles (soon to be posted) or Fried Green Tomatoes. Southern Food is of great interest to me as well as Asian and Mexican. I haven't dabbled in Indian or Greek yet, but would love the opportunity. Other than cooking, I love to chase after my three girls even though I never seem to catch up with them! And getting them to try something new is always a challenge!
