Thank you Peetabear, I'll take all the help I can get. The pizza dough was really sticky and hard to work with. I just kept adding flour and that seemed to help, but it just seemed like a lot. One question, do you actually cook the crust on the parchment paper? I have not been doing that. I also do not have a pizza stone or a baking peel. I will be making the carrot cake later today, so if you have any suggestions for that, I would appreciate it.

I am sorry you are having trouble with making the pizza.... unforuniately baking with gluten free ingredients is hard... almost everything we have learned in baking does not apply to our baking...
if you let me know what the problem is maybe I can help..hope to talk to you soon... peeta

Thank you for becoming a new cooking friend... I look forward to sharing recipes with you...
the pizza dough will be sticky... that is one of the unfortunate things about cooking gluten free... one of the suggestions for baking the crust is to get a light colored pan that has a texture... it helps the crust to become crisper..... I will look up in my baking book about the pizza dough for more hints....
be back later...
