About me
I formerly owned a commercial/retail cheesecake bakery before being disabled in an accident. I dusted myself off after many years of intense medical care and went back to school for a second life. I am now retired as a Realtor. I am a diabetic and my husband is now gluten free. I am a great Southern cook with lots of lovin' soul but my Yankee roots jump in to add some of that great Pennslyvania Dutch flare to lots of my dishes. Gluten free is a real challenge but I'll get there. I don't know if I'll ever be able to treat him to chicken and dumplings as awesome as my standard recipe. If I figure it out I will share.
