    No, keep it the way you have it. Why downgrade to taco seasoning when the spices you have are much better.

    So sorry for not getting back to you sooner.. on the Tater Tot Casserole... We were in the middle of that Hurricane Dolly..
    No do not cook the meat first.. that is what is to great about that recipe... EASY!

    Hi Carrie! Yes the rice is uncooked. But do keep checking it because you may find you have to add some more liquid. Let me know how you liked it. :)
