Not to much to tell. I'm just learning a few things about cooking,you can cook for many many years and still may learn something new. I am not at the computer much so I won't have a lot of recipes posted. I love cats, I think they are the most loving, amazing creatures ever.

My momma's recipe also, she used Lard or Butter.. some times she use bacon grease.. my favorite also.. today's shortning is not as tasty.. thanks for reminding me, I haven't
