About me
I am a mom and military wife stationed in Texas. My husband is about to deploy to Iraq for the second time. I am trying to find new things to keep me busy and was happy to find this site. I hope to improve my cooking abilities and make sure its not a big joke when he comes home in 15 months looking forward to a "home cooked meal". Last time he was gone, I always asked him if he missed my "home cooking" and he would laugh pretty hard. (Not one of my strongpoints)!
