About me
I'm a stay at home mom and breast cancer survivor-- i have always loved collecting recipes but have not been too self confident to try too many of them until recently and i'm loving cooking now-- i'm currently interested in cooking for health and wanting to try new things....

OH yeah.... about the stay at home mom thing... be proud that you can, and want to spend time with your kids! I was one, then I took care of my twin grandsons until they started school. Now they are in the Navy. I would not trade that for any new car or tv that the extra money would have bought! You go girl!

Hi there, I hope you do try the casserole. I think you will like it. My children are grown now but I was a 'stay at home' Mom too. I loved to have the house smelling good when they got home from school! They loved it and did not realize all kids did not enjoy the same experience until they were older and had friends come home with them. It is hard when you are a working Mom, I thank God I was able to stay home with them. I am trying to recreate that memory with the grandchildren, 2 boys. They love soups and stews and I try to have the house smelling good when they walk in!
