I'm a firefighter in the south suburbs of St. Louis County Missouri. Mehlville Fire Protection District. Cooking comes natural to me as I have 5 kids at home and a wife that hates cooking! I believe that if you don't stray from a recipe every now and then you will never learn nothing new. Some of the best chow was discovered by improvising!

I've been making this exact recipe for years. It is so good. A quicker way to prep is to put the bread crumbs in a bag, then just put several raviolis at a time in the milk/
