I'm a firefighter in the south suburbs of St. Louis County Missouri. Mehlville Fire Protection District. Cooking comes natural to me as I have 5 kids at home and a wife that hates cooking! I believe that if you don't stray from a recipe every now and then you will never learn nothing new. Some of the best chow was discovered by improvising!

Your grilled Bacon Chicken Breast look great. I come from a family of 3 fire fighters and 1 policeofficer. So firehouse cooking is something I grew up with and look for recipes from other city's firefighters. We're from Denver btw.
