About me
I have many different things that I am passionate about, for example; my relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, my love for my wife Jennifer, our 3 yr old son Justin and our new baby on the way!!!!. I have a passion for cooking, I find it to be so fascinating. Its started with something so simple, grilled cheese!! When I was younger maybe 10-11 I used to make them for everyone in my house for a little midnight snack. Everybody loved them. I guess I like to entertain people with food. I like to see their reactions and listen to the comments, both good and bad. I rather hear the bad so I can make it better. At this moment I am studying at the Center for Culinary Arts in Shelton, Ct. I enjoy learning the gastronomic arts. I am currently working for a business and idustry dining service. The name of the company is Host America. I enjoy working in the kitchen. Learning new things everyday.
