About me
I have celiac disease (no wheat, barley, or rye products) and I'm in a 12-step fellowship in which we do not eat sugar or flour. These two limitations have forced me into massive creativity with my cooking, because I still love great food. My recipes will usually be very spicy, zesty, and flavorful. Enjoy.
